 About Website:

Our website is worldwide accessible through the Internet. The website provides varied types of astrological content, reports, consultation on calls, and chats. It provides two types of services – Free services and Paid services. Free services are provided easily but for paid services, users must create an account or register on the website.  

User Roles:

• To access our website user’s age must be more than 18 years. Our website is not responsible for any misuse that may occur when services are used by minors.
• To avail of all services users, must create an account. For registration, users must read all the terms and conditions. While creating an account you must provide your accurate information. User can create an account using their phone number, Facebook ID, or Google ID. During the process, the user must provide genuine data, and timely update the data if required.  If the website finds any wrong information, then we have the right to delete or terminate that user account.
• After registration, a user must keep his or her account details confidential. If the user finds any unauthorized access inform us immediately. It is the users’ responsibility to use the website in a way that respects the rights of other users and obeys all the rules.

Intellectual property or content:

• All the content written on the website is the property of www.astrosetu.in. Users cannot use and distribute the content without our permission.
• Users must follow the rules of use and should not post any inappropriate content. The website has the right to suspend and terminate the account if any violation of rules.
• The website can change, update, and stop any of its services at any time. Information provided on the website should not be considered medical advice. The website is not responsible for the advice given by the third party and for the outcome of any advice.
• The website also provides a “call to astrologer” service. In this service, the user must agree with the terms to receive a call on their already given mobile number from the website.
• Astrosetu also provides the first chat or call free up to 5 minutes, to all newly registered users.

NOTE: User must consult doctors for any medical advice.

Access to all user accounts:

The website needs to access all the user accounts and information to provide better services. While using the website you must agree that all employees, and agents to access your information for better services and to handle any complaints. The website will only check the account that is needed. Users can refer to our privacy policy to check how we handle our user data.

Guidelines for Orders, Refunds, and Services Quality:

• The website has the right to cancel any order at any time but should refund the whole payment.
• No refunds after processing starts for delivery, technical problems, providing wrong information, and product damage after the delivery.
• Any of the astrological products and services are not a substitute for medical treatment.
• No refund for the connected call services and for not getting accepted results.
• Refund is only considered in network issues, delayed response, language problems, or improper consultation response.
• Products are delivered only in India.

Guidelines for the Users

• All the users whether customers or astrologers must follow all the protocols of the website.
• Users must confirm that they are individuals and not any organization or legal.
• Users must not post false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Users are not supposed to violate any rules of the website.
• Users are not allowed to post any content without permission.
• Users are not allowed to collect information for advertisements and send promotional emails.
• Users are not allowed to access any unauthorized feature of the website and other connected parts.
• They are not allowed to resell any product or service without any consent form.
• Users are supposed to inform any abuse or misuse of the website. But should check about the information, as wrong information may terminate their account or membership.
• The user should behave properly during the service, as the website can withdraw it if it any abusive and unreasonable.

• Users must ensure that the card details provided by them are genuine.
• Users can make payments through debit/ credit card or any online banking.

• The website is providing various services and products on an “as is “basis without any guarantee or warranty. And is not responsible for any user content, intellectual property rights, and accuracy of information.
• The website is not providing any warranty for its services. All the services are provided based on professional astrologer experience and results may vary from person to person.
• The website does not guarantee the services that users are getting it should be interrupted, error-free, and accurate.
• User must provide all the details about their mental, physical, and emotional status. The website is not responsible for the misuse, loss, or alteration of information.
• Users are responsible for downloading material from the site; the website is not responsible for any damage to computer and data.
•  All the services are provided for the entertainment only. The website is denying any warranty of products, services, and the accuracy of the content.
• Astrologers are not employees of the company they are just verified by the website. The website does not provide any guarantee about the advice, and information from the advisors.
• The website is not a helpline for depressed people. People in crises seek appropriate help.
•  Website is not responsible for any error, delay, or omission in data transmissions.
• Website is only responsible for the amount paid for the services during membership.
• User-taking services are responsible for any problems that might occur. The website and its parent company are secure from any claims.
• All the content like pictures, text, images, and music are protected by laws of copyright and trademarks. Users are not supposed to copy, use, or share content without the website’s consent.
• The website has used some images and text from various online sources and they are not responsible for copyright issues.

Website content guidelines to ensure respect and safety

• User cannot create, upload, and share content that abuses or exploits and child.
• Activities are banned or prohibited like inappropriate interaction, sexualization of minors, child grooming, sextortion, and trafficking of children.
• Content appealing to children, adult content, violence, and dangerous activity are not allowed.

All the terms and services are applied to everyone. Astrosetu is not responsible for any content from third-party or linked content. Astrosetu is not responsible for a mistake, defamation, or any inappropriate content. Users should know that all services and content are the author’s thoughts and not of Astrosetu.

Services might have errors, and Astrosetu is not responsible for any virus. We can change, edit, or delete any feature and content at any time. Astrosetu can even change or stop any of its services at any time and is not liable for any inconvenience caused by it.

   Legal things of Astrosetu

• All the disputes related to the terms and conditions are to be solved by arbitration. Which follows the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, of 1996.
• Either party can seek interim relief from the New Delhi Courts.
• All the terms of Usage are governed and created under the Law of India.
• Exempt of any term is effective only when written and signed by Astrosetu.
• The Terms of Usage constitute the agreement between the parties only.
• All disputes are to be submitted to the Judiciary of the court in New Delhi and action related to the intellectual property can also be brought in the court in New Delhi.
